Alice sped down the freeway. She needed to get out of that house. There had been so much going on with Bree and the family. Carlisle left with Bree and then came back without her. He informed them that he let her hunt on her own. Alice knew she would be fine. but the others disapproved, strongly. She just needed to get away from the disagreement before it turned into anything else. Alice got off on the exit for Seattle and drove a little more until she got to the mall. Shopping always made her feel better and take her mind off things, for a few moments. She pulled into a parking spot and shut off the car. Alice grabbed her purse, phone and keys and quickly got out of the car. She beeped the alarm and headed into the mall.
Alice loved shopping, even if she had to do it alone. She obviously had no problem doing it alone, she actually preferred it that way. It was nice to have someone to talk to once in awhile, although they weren't needed. Alice was a shopper. She loved shopping and she did it quite often. She never needed to have a reason to go, she just went. Although, this time, she had a reason. Alice went into one of her favorite stores and began to look around.
