That's all she had been doing for the past week. She hadn't seen Gabe and she hadn't really been in the mood to do anything or see anyone. For some strange reason, she seemed depressed. Maybe it was just hormones, but now, today, she wanted to get out. It was about an hour away from sunset and she wanted to go down to La Push beach and sit on the sand and watch it.
Addie slipped her flip flops onto her feet and walked out of her room. On her way down the stairs, she yawned and stretched out. Her back hurt a bit, but that was from sitting in her bed all day. Addie grabbed her keys off of the table and went outside, not taking her phone. She didn't want to be bothered and it really didn't bother her that she didn't have her phone. Addison got in her car and headed towards the reservation.
Addison parked her car in the lot and got out. There were a few other cars, but no one could be seen. Maybe they were out surfing, who knew? Addie took her flip flops off and carried them in her hand as she walked across the sand. Luckily tonight was a warm night. Addie sat down on the sand and looked out across the ocean

It was a nice day of surfing for Gabe as he was out with some of his buddies at First Beach. They'd only been out here for about an hour but they were tired already so they decided to go back to the van and grab something to eat and relax. Gabe got out of the water and went back with them to the van where they sat, talked and ate for about 45 minutes before finally they were all challenged to get back out into the water. Of course Gabe wasn't going to back out of a challenge like this. He was in and so were his other two buddies.
So Gabe got out of the van and grabbed his board, following his buddies back down to the sand but he ended up stopping a little ways. One of the people sitting on the beach caught his attention. Even from behind, he knew who it was. "Hey, I'll catch up with you guys later." Then he stuck his board about 10 feet behind where she was sitting, then snuck up to her and sat down, wrapping his arms around her and kissing her neck. "Oh baby please tell me you've come to watch the humiliating surfing performance, starring the one and only Gabe Langston?" Then he laughed and kept his arms around Addie tightly.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath of the wonderful ocean air. She needed to get out. Addison opened her eyes and looked at the sunset, it was really beautiful. Now if she had her boyfriend with her. It was romantic and beautiful, but oh well. She was alone. No big issue with that though.
Addison sighed and leaned back on her hands and crossed her legs out in front of her.Addison jumped a little when she felt someone's arms around her and a kiss on her neck. Then she heard Gabe's voice and smiled. "It can't be that bad." she said with a smile as she placed a soft kiss on his lips. This was weird, she was just thinking about how she would like him to be with her,

After hearing Addie's words and kissing her lips, Gabe smiled and said, "Oh, it's bad baby. They're kicking my ass out there. I'm afraid it'll get to the point where I'm surrounded by this gigantic wave and fall deep....deep...down into the ocean." He shook his head, now serious. "No, really...it's bad but not that bad." He laughed and moved his hands to her shoulders, beginning to rub them. "What are you doing out here? Because I know you didn't come to find me."
Gabe hadn't been dating Addie for long. He'd only moved to Washington 6 months before from New York. They'd met in Chemistry class on his first day. A couple months later they started dating. So far....so good. He really was falling in love with her. They had such a special bond that most couples didn't have. His only concern was after graduation he wanted to move back to New York. Would she want to go with him or would they call off their relationship? Gabe could only hope for the best.

Addie had seen him a few times, he wasn't horrible, but he wasn't the best either. But that didn't bother her, to her, Gabe was perfect."Well I hope you don't go rolling under the waves. Even though, I can save you. I know CPR." she said with a smile.Addison closed her eyes as she felt Gabe's hands rub her shoulders. She was tense, and hopefully this would help her.
"Well, I needed to get out of the house for a bit.It was boring and depressing in there," she said with a fake pouty face. Addie kissed Gabe once more. "but, now I'm with you, so it's OK."Addie loved being with Gabe and it always made her feel better. She always wanted to be with him, but she knew that there was a major problem coming in their lives soon. College. Would they get separated? Addie didnt know, but right now, she didn't want to talk about that. No depressed mood with Gabe.

With a laugh, Gabe said, "Oh, good. I would love you to give me CPR." His words implied a little something extra which they usually always did. he continued to rub her shoulders and listened to her answer about needing to get out of the house. "Oh well I'm glad I can held bring you out of depression. I hate to see my baby girl sad." Gabe kissed her again, this time with a little more intensity. He loved her so much, he just couldn't bare the thought of a life without her.
Pulling away from her, Gabe rested his forehead on hers. He sighed, out of breath and said, "My parents are going out of town next week. I'll have all the free time in the world. I want you to come over. We'll have the house to ourselves," he whispered. "We can finally have the alone time we want." Since his parents rarely went out of town--they were going to Seattle for some concert and staying the week to get some alone time for themselves--Gabe figured they could take this opportunity. this thread belongs to addie and gabe

She would love to give him it too, but that information was not needed to be said because of course Gabe knew that.Gabe knew how to give really good massages, and this was feeling really good to her right now. This was just what she needed. Addison opened her eyes when Gabe said that he hated seeing his baby girl sad. That made Addie smile.Addie kissed Gabe back, with just as much intensity that he was putting into it.

Addison smiled again. "Sounds good. We need our alone time." They were rarely ever alone and this would definitely be good for them. "Would you want me to spend the week over there? Or just a few nights?" It didnt matter to Addie, since she would most likely see Gabe everyday, but she would like to be able to fall asleep with him.
